i had this after my remap on the 7th for 1 day when travelling to work on the 23rd dec, night before showed mate what the remap had done car was flying infact it was the 1st time id actually really given it some on the dual carriageway got home let car idle for 2mins to cool it down, next day drove to work and car felt totally standard infact 1.2 clio undertook me on m4!!!! i thought id blown a pipe or MAF problem? next day left work (work nights 7pm-7am),car was perfectly fine its flying again now? checked all pipes all are fine n secure? weird? only happened the once tho?........will keep eye on it and do some mpg tests when i go back to work on the 6th jan as its a 105 mile drive to work and i average 36-38mpg if its below then ill investigate poss MAF problem.

Would a slight leak in one of the hoses cause any difference to MPG??

I woudl think so, mine is much more thirsty that it was a few weeks ago!

Hello W0ffle,

I think a good throttle body clean and re-adaption should sort things out.
