Decided i want an R32 now :D

Hi mate, Fellow ex CTR owner and now an R32 owner!

My CTR was definately the most enjoyable car I have ever owned! But I hav ejust bought an 08 R32, 5 door, leather with a few extras for £17k from a dealers! There are lots and lots of very very good deals out there, just keep looking and haggling!

In terms of performance I would say my CTr was quicker (K-Pro, Gruppe M among a few things ) but the drive of the R32 is soooo much better. I have 2 kids so its much easier (5 doors) and the ride is a hell of a lot more comfier. Plus then the 4WD.

To summarise, CTR excellent car, great fun, great performance

R32 much better handling, better "feel", better comfort, just all round better than my CTR (even though I still miss it!)

I have no doubt my ctr will have been quicker than a standard R32 but im sure ill add a few goodies during ownership. I do doubt the ctr was quicker in anything other than perfect dry weather though (which we dont get often anyway lol) 

Need to wait to see how my job pans out over the next few weeks before i decide to do it 100%

If the job comes through though i will be getting one
