1997 Tornado Red GTi 8v - The Fastest HotBox on Fife's roads.

Modifications -

1 x Kenwood KDC-7024M
1 x Dull Aluminium Golf Ball Gearknob. Clearly worth about 10bhp on its own.

yep, Ive been reading the VR6's are notoriously unreliable compared with other mk3's!

You're gonna tell me you know how to strip down a vr6 engine now? the ashtray is just as hard to remove as on the 8v  :D

I don't need to know how to strip down a VR6 engine, I'm pretty confident the engine could do a much better job itself.

If the v6 unit is so unreliable then why is it in the mk4, and now going in the Audi A3 and TT.

the one in the mk4 aint that old iron rust bucket monkey wrench created heap. its a proper MODERN V6.
