Tried running the car a golk gti AGN model with MAF disconnected and it still didnt run well could the problem be the HT Leads or a Spark Plug that has gone?

You have the 1.8 N/A so yeah each cylinder has its one coil - coil pack.
Get it scanned for fault codes before you do anything
