Sold the MK3 8v

Hi Guys

I sold my Mk3 8v today (for peanuts id like to add!)

prob means i wont be on here quite as much but just thought id say thanks to the people that helped out when i posted a technical question etc.

i kind of enjoyed the Mk3 but should have listened to initial advice and gone for a 16v not the 8v (prob wouldnt have sold up if it wasnt so cripplingly slow)

Ive just bought an octavia mk1 VRS so looking forward to the world of remapping 1.8T engines etc

Ill prob be back when funds allow a MK2 gti to be had as a toy

Cant admit to being anyone who helped you out but very decent of you to pop in and say thanks, good luck with the new motor. Mk3 8v was my first dub and I have to say it was a little dissapointing - enough to keep me on the scene though and since my first Mk2 8v ive never looked back! Shame you never traded for a Mk2 mate they are a pleasure to own imo. 5 VW later and Im still loving it!!

You will be back sooner than you expect and probably in a Mk2
