I had the headlining off the ex daily/project today and the roof skin was dripping wet... and rusty. Ive had a proper poke around the sunroof and it doesnt seem to be leaking. Anyone else had problems with condensation up by thur?? Ben

You've said it yourself - it's condensation.
Not a lot you can do about that, except warming the roof of the car up to stop the cold, damp air hitting it..... or something

best thing you can do mate is get the roof bone dry then sand back all the rust and seal it up with waxoyl or something similar.
