Long shot but here goes, stone stuck in the brake disc and catching the heatshield.

Try swappin' the wheel over for another then you'll be halfway there!

high offset on the alloy??

my mate had this when he fitted his coilies, and the weights on the wheel where knocking the shocks. ohh and the tyres where rubbing too.

check to see if the wheel is touching the shocks.

are all the hub/suspension bolts done up?? you done up all the wheel bolts??
