horn/heater fan

the horn on my mk1 cab has stopped working the fuse is ok and the wires are connected underneath the horn cover ........the fan/blower only works when it can be arsed,, any suggestions on both subject would be very much appreciated

check the earth lead on the rack near where the column attaches, as for the blower take out the scuttle cover and remove the bolts holdign the leaf filter in place, you should then be able to see the blower and the resistor.  give all the connections a good clean up
