OK thanks, that may make some sense.
But does that imply that your engine may be running a weak air fuel ratio ?
I wouldn't have thought Revo would set an engine up like that, since there is an optimal ratio,
but I'm not sure I understand exactly what the B, T and F numbers really mean.
B = Boost and changes affect how aggressive the boost comes on (i think rather than actual level of boost). 6 is normal remap level. 0 reverts it back into standard factory level of boost however. Increasing it requires F (Fuel) to be reduced to like 6 or 7 which has the affect of running richer to coincide with the more aggressive Boost setting. T (Timing) is for knock control and dependent on type of fuel u run. 5 is the norm for Shell V Power (99 Octane)
I wouldn't say its running weak, altho i do get better mpg these days than it did when stock. whether that is simply down to running leaner, or the map being "more efficient" i don't know. But i do have the option of running a bit richer on the fuel should i wish. Ben (Vtec Abuser) runs Fuel setting 7 on his ED30 for instance, and it goes damn well!!!!
