What you want is Acetone, go to your local chemist. Its what they put in Nail Polish remover but lots stonger. I actually phoned the number on the back of the aersol can and thats what I was told to use.
So I bought some and it came of easily

ahh thanks mate. I don't have the can anymore as I gave it to a friend. As I did a poor job of spraying the lights in the first place I'm going to try and remove it all and then re-do it after the MOT as it covers me and will hopefully look better in the end :)

The same paint applied over the top then wiped off can work, don't know if this goes for all paints though.

I couldnt be bothered to remove it in the end so I just left it on for the MOT and it went through no troubles :smiley:
