« on: 18 May 2004, 21:17 »
Does anybody know where i could get one for a mk1 as im really getting scared of scraping more and more of my full custom exhaust and sump. IF one needs to be made does anyone know anyone in the surrey area who is good for this kind of work? thanks.

Just had a thought!!!!! If Tweeks are silly prices, buy a copy of Motoring News and have a look in the back in the small adds. Normally loads of specialist companies in there for supplies for rally and race cars. May be one specialising in sump and other under carriage guards

genius! thanks a lot, that sounds like the most hope. Also i just rung thieves and they dont even do one. I think im going to need a custom one anyway because its for my sump and downpipe so its going to need to be longer than a normal sump guard. thanks for the help anyway.
