Ed30 rear bumper removal - i did search !

Guys i searched for rear bumper removal and found a thread which directed me to Seans workshop manuals, but for some reason i cannot download them (im on Internet explorer !)

Any one know how to get the rear bumper off and whether i can do it at home ? ?

I suppose putting a r32 bumper back on is the same procedure but the other way around ?

right click and save target as, dont click

Cheers Shaun   , i tried that too but for some reason this machine is not letting me "save target as"  ? ?

Any other way Shaun ? guys ?

ps, if you just want the bottom half off i dont think you need to remove the whole bumper
