Anyone used this. I was looking for fault code readers on ebay and found the ELM327, looks like it does the job, simple to use too.
Seems pretty cheap though, so thought i'd check before. Its like £15 off ebay and the software is free. I downloaded it and check it out, looks basic and simple, but does the job.
It says it works with all OBDII cars, so it should work fine with the mk3 golf then, as mine is 1996 and has OBDII.
