Red - When Reuben was talking to me about the APR map, he was telling me that it is a completely generic map, with no opportunity to "tweak". Things can only be altered from stage 2 onwards, or if you have an exhaust it can be tuned accordingly.

With Revo, I get the impression that on stage 1, things can be tweaked - i.e. the Revo dealer (in my case JKM like yourself) can change Boost, Fuel and Timing according to your driving style / how you want your map to be individually. Is this true, or am i speaking Sh!te?

....I don't know enough about the APR map to comment but you're not talking "Sh!te" - the Revo settings can be individually tweaked, even on stage1.

Yes I had the cruise switch fitted, to be honest the only time I used it was when I took the car in for a service. There is no adjustment on the APR software, yet as RR said you can use the Revo switch on stg 1 upward. I've had both now on different cars but with the same engine and there's nothing in it IMO, the APR is a nice smooth map with plenty of mid-range, the Revo can be as smooth or as agressive as you like. You will not be dissapointed  with either

Not A1 Newark Junction mate. It's in the middle of nowhere mate and although it doesn't exactly have a Mansfield postcode, i'd say it's less than 15 miles away.. So hardly an overnight voyage to get there.. :grin:Why do you ask anyway Shaun? You tempted to come to the dark side?
