I couldn't agree more with you! 

But just because they have a shyte website, it don't mean they give a shyte service in their "core" business!  They are an official distributor for Alcon brakes - www.Alcon.co.uk - and I just wondered weather they were any good, or should I avoid them, and try somewhere else?
