I've got one, a very reasonable £12.95 too.

For gear linkage adjustment on an 02A box - "a special jig used by VW is needed"
For driveshaft refurb - "at the time of writing, no knowledge existed of how to replace the rubber gaiter, take the driveshaft to your VAG dealer".

Need I go on  :grin:

i find mine quite usefull... its currently propping up a wonky table in my room... i lost the bung of the foot of it.

That's what I'm talking about - a nice bit of banter.  Sorry Han, missed it first time  :smiley:

There is a hints and tips section at the back.  Most end up saying 'you have an electrical engine fault' or something equally as sh!te.

I've started rambling in the maintenence section now, use the thread in there to discuss, or this one. I'll add the e-mail notification to both  :grin:

LOL - I'm all for free.  Some mechanics won't be though!  Mind you, they'll get all the DIY fvck ups!

haynes is poo.. it doesn't help much... refitting is a simple reversal of the removal process etc etc  :angry:
