vr6 so many problems

hello ive got a 1993 vr6 golf
sumtimes it takes ages 2 start but when it does is spluters for a few seconds
then i go for a drive and when i put my foot down it coughs and spluters and bangs then clears
then i cum 2 a junction and it sumtimes stalls but when it does it starts back up

whats is goin on with my car
ive changed 167,relay and i had a 109 relay is pos 3 so changed that aswell and ngine speed snsor

If you have an ISV on the engine, then give it a clean with carb cleaner.
