Alright I'll contact someone about the spraying.
Would VW dealers usually do work like that? I bought my golf privately so I have not dealt with a dealer before.

....Some VW dealers will have a body shop and some won't, but all should be able to recommend a local one.

My VW dealer has an affiliated Accident Repair Centre which is award winning and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them for installations as well as painting and their prices have been very competitive. But it's just the luck of the draw - There's good and bad amongst all dealers.

Jimp, a lot of the official factory manuals in this thread: http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=54324 show you how to remove and refit the bumpers, skirts and lights.
