Rear light cluster???

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum but need help!! :embarassed: I wanna re-place the rear clusters but I cant remove the old ones!! Undone the bolts but cant get the retaining pin to pop out.. Dont wanna start pulling n snapping stuff if I dont have to!!! tips please ...
