help with fog wiring...please
« on: 19 April 2004, 07:50 »
trying to work out how the 'ell to install fogs on my valver. the lights went in a treat and luckily the two position switch is in place and wired up. All I need to is connect the loom to the fogs and the wiring 'plug'...

my question is, how on earth do I attach the wire to the No5 slot (as per the 'MFI' style instructions).

Apparently, this plug comes apart and I need to insert from the left side...can anyone assist...

Thanks!

Get a loom of a car with fogs and the switch. All you need is the loom from a plug on the top of the rad, (round n black) This includes the ind, headlights and the horn. replase with the loom of the car with the fogs, change the swich and job done! Factory fit!

I think the plug type changed after '95' so you may have a loom off an older car  :undecided:

Did me kid bro's on his 'P' plate that you saw and we had to cut the wires and re-connect the original connectors Mate

The loom I bought was a minter as well............... must have been better looked after than mine
