ED30 Front Badge
« on: 01 September 2008, 20:37 »
Dear All,

Sorry for being a bit of a posting whore today, but I'm sure I have seen someone on here with an Edition 30 rear badge underneath the GTI badge on the front grille, I'm sure it was Phil McCavities Phillys ... not sure, but anyone - can someone please post a pic as I fancy adding one to the grille.

Thanks ... and sorry again.

Regards,

Gareth

im not sure someone actually put the badge on the car, but steves did have a signature with the badge under the GTi (he doesnt have it on the car though)

pic here

ps, the edition 30 badge is quite a bit wider than the GTi and looks odd IMO when put under it

Yes thank you for that - knew I'd seen a picture somewhere - I'll get a tape measure out and see what it'd measure up like.

I like the idea of it - akin to the Mk2 16v front badge - always loved that badge,

Thanks again,

Gareth
