anyone running this on vista?? or having problems running it on vista?! its doin my head in just keeps saying there was a problem with the program and then shuts vagcom down

IIRC you need to right click on the .exe file and select properties and then run in compatability mode and select a previous version of Windows, not 100% sure but I think that's what you do!!

i sorted it... found some info in another vag forum
left click the vagcom icon on the windows page, go to properties, click on advanced and select run as administrator. apply that and your done(incase anyone else needs to know)
