Anyone with any experiences of the customer service from Forge - good or bad?

It's not a concern about their products, which I think we'd all agree are some of the best out there - I'm just having a bit of a rough time with their CS, and wondered if it was the norm, just a blip on their half, or simply me not throwing my teddy out of the cot hard enough!  :undecided:

I'd appreciate any feedback or opinions - good, bad or indifferent.

Thanks

Had the DV007P on the 1.8T and called when it needed a service, they send me a service kit FOC

While investigating a problem with the 2.0TFSI DV I called again about a service kit and once more they sent me a kit FOC

Although not a great deal needed when I called both times were easy and I was impressed with the service.

OK, thanks for the feedback.

They did say they had a lot of staff away on hols and business trips - didn't know if it was just a smoke screen they were throwing, but obviously it wasn't, and going by your replies, is propbably just a blip.  I'll chase 'em up again - maybe i'll put some lead shot in my teddies feet, just to make sure it hits the target!

Thanks again.
