Anyone with any experiences of the
customer service from Forge - good or bad?
It's not a concern about their products, which I think we'd all agree are some of the best out there - I'm just having a bit of a rough time with their CS, and wondered if it was the norm, just a blip on their half, or simply me not throwing my teddy out of the cot hard enough!

I'd appreciate any feedback or opinions - good, bad or indifferent.
