k thanks for the heads up guys,i will look forward to postin alot more once iv made my purchase,just not gona like it at first as from going from a 200bhp FTO to a 150bhp golf will make my right foot a little sad 
But always loved the MK4s oh and not too mention the £1000 saving on the insurance!
i think the standard 150bhp golf will be on par with a 200bhp fto, coz my golf absoloutly wastes fto's without any effort, i have an aum with k03s, vvt, standard apart from remap making 205bhp
