Hi all, not sure if anyone has had this but just thought I would mention it in case you want to check your's out before its too late!
I noticed a tiny coolant leak dripping off the bottom of the rad on to the crossmember, checked the hoses and could find nothing...but found the leak from around the plastic slot that the top rad mounting bracket fits into
. Water has been settling into the slot and rusted out the bracket causing it to expand and it has split the plastic end casing of the rad on the drivers side. The other side was almost as bad but not leaking. The brackets were a bu**er to get out as well as they were rusted in so tight.
