Hi, i had two faults come up at two diffrent times. this is on my 1.8L AAM Mono Injection.
First off i had
00523 - Intake air remp sensor (G40)
30-00 - Open or short to B+
Then i cleard the codes and that one disapeard after i went for a little drive
When i retested i had this fault
00515 - Camshaft position (Hall) sensor (G40)
03-00 - No signal
Then i cleared that fault and it only came back when the ignition was on, when the engine was running it stayed away. But the Air temp fault came back the next day and went again.
Now, i unpluged the Hall sensor and the car wouldnt start and it starts fine so i presume this is not a problem? my lack of power and poor fuel economy must be the air temp sensor?
