linz here is a link to all the intake genuine VW parts and i couldnt see a crankcase breather

http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/pagebuild_v2.cgi?searchstring=crankcase+breather+hose+&searchqt=byvehicle&make=Volkswagen&model=Golf+IV&submodel=&engine=1.8T

or try this one as you may be able to buy an aftermarket one :afro:

http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/products/category_results.mhtml?category=kncrankcasebreathers;manufacturer=kn;sub_category=1

also looking around and could see what people has said from using them but they all seemed to have mk1 and 2 golfs and jetta couldnt find anything of people having them on the  mark 4 engine!!!!
I must warn you I'm about as decisive as a 5 yr old in a sweet shop!!

If you dont know what it is, you don't know what it does and you don't know where it goes......

Why do you want one?
