Hey guys could any one tell me if there golf gti turbo on start up has a hoover type noise that lasts a couple of mins then is sounding cool, but if i drive it when its going off is drives like a bag of sh!t! if ya get me............. plz help

Thats your cold air start warming your cats if its cold, its normal. I havent got mine on but I always leave it till the revs drop anyway then drive

Will always love my mk4 but she had to go...225 Quattro TT in its place....but its still black (she lives on in spirit!)

dont think you can, you can disconnect the pipe to it but I wouldnt advise it, its grief, mine wasn't on when we put the 1.8t in and its not essential so we didnt bother, got it in my garage if needs be, welcome to the forum too mate
