only way to find out is by having a look.

if it is coming from the sump...

new gasket possibly

a new sump - cheap anyway

or just the sump plug's copper 'O' ring is missing or worn

You fulled it with oil...overfilled maybe leaking out somewhere?

Cant help you much. just need to get your head down there and look

best way is to clean the engine form all oil. then started it up (on axle stands or a like) and see where the oil is leaking. make sure you properly clean the engine or it'll be a waste of time

My money is on.... a) you've not quite tightened your oil filter enough, or b) you re-used a manky sump plug & washer.
