Electrical Problem?
« on: 08 May 2008, 22:06 »
When I drive along in my MK3, and then stop at a junction or lights, my car revs itself then drops dramatically and eventually stalls, this has only started occuring today, and to top it all off my power steering went and then my engine died on the way home from Basingstoke...

The car starts up again first time afterwards... Any ideas?

Have posted this in MK3 section too incase someone who knows doesn't read this category.

UPDATE: I think the problem stems from the heaters, as it only started once I'd put it to 0...

Still don't know :(

Turns out it was the Lambda sensor :o

If I'd known that I would've done it myself and saved a few bob!
