looking to buy some 60mm lowering springs and shock for my car, think they are Jamex. Problem is i know mk3 suspension changed sometime so will the lowering springs and shocks from a 1995 car fit my 1997?

Diffrent spring cap sizes, you need either MK2 or pre 95 spring caps, saying that i have run mine on the smaller ones for ages, only slipped off twise
Other than that it will fit directly. If you get coilovers it dont matter.

From left to right: Nut, Strut bearing, Strut bearing insert, spring cap, bump stop, inside cover.
