Great mod that fuel pump sounds like then Gaz

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist the lure of a Full Milltek TBE for too long

An intercooler should see some gains on the power front too. Forge claim over 10bhp and 6lbft through the rev range

You'll have to come to Inters too to see what performance you get from the car in terms of 0-60 and 1/4 mile times

yes, i think 0-60 the standard ed30 without being chipped will be faster, but obviously quarter mile will be about 1 second in it from my calculations. Fingers crossed for a dry day this time out. im sure mine will do a low 14 second run with no mods whilst you modders should pull a 13.5 if conditions are right.

Sounds good mate I think Im gonna have to be gettin one of these, how much was it if you don't mind asking matey? You'll have to take us out in it on the rolling road day, I would be interested to see what it feels like because a mapped ED30 without any other mods is ridiculously quick! It only seems sensible for me to go stage 2 now. I got the Milltek and Carbonio all I need is the fuel pump and map now

Jim did me a deal after using my car for development
I think it £499 + the dreaded and 1 hour fitting, thats on an exchange basis, and comes with software.
It really is strong in the midrange and the kick when the turbo spools is awesome, bring on the TBE and stage 2
Just need to decide if to get the intercooler anyway

see above, I think the software is free if you already have APR software, otherwise it would be cheaper to just get the fuel pump

Good stuff, it should be good that, never really done anything like it. I think it's just an excuse to go to Krispy Kremes  Will look forward to a ride in her

Hi Gaz,

I'd go for the intercooler if you can. When I went to the GTI Spring Fest I did notice that the car was getting gradually slower on subsequent 1/4 mile runs and could only really attribute this to heat soak. With the uprated fuel pump I can see why they recommend it
