MkV on Order
« on: 28 April 2008, 13:06 »
Thought I'd sign on after lurking for a while!

I have MkV on order.  It is to replace my old SRi Vauxhall.
I was going to get an A3, but the Golf was a better drive.
The S line Sportback on 18" was unbearable.

Not had VW before, but my brother had (from new) a Mk3 GTi and MkIV 2.0, he hated the Mk3, although I think that was more down to the fact it replaced his Lancia Delta, and had no turbo! Liked the Mk4, but has now got a Passat as a family bus.

My wife has the previous series vRS Octavia - a Mk4 1.8T GTi estate? So looking forward to the Golf.
I'll move over to the MkV section now!
