just fitted some mean deep dish 17s on my dark blue 1300 mk 2. obviosly my car now looks like its on stilts so i need to lower and stiffen up the sus. any recomendations on what spriings/dampners or even coilovers i should get for a low stiff ride?

all depends on how much money you want to spend.

coilovers start at around 500 quid and are only worth it if you are serious about your cars handling and/or want a lot of on-car adjustment.

if you just wanted to sort out the looks and improve the handling a basic spax kit or similar for around 200 quid would sort your car out nicely
