Bonnet catch spring

Does anyone know if the spring on the bonnet catch/cable on a mk2 is the same on some other VW models or if VW still sell them at all?

Been having a few bonnet pop-up problems and although I think I've sorted it, I'm not sure I have the correct spring on or that it'll stay on.

you can but the entire catch, that bolts onto the bonnet, with the spring and that.. easily available..
