I think it would be a bit tricky to prove that one in a court of law, i wouldnt say i was overcharged enough to take things as far as that. i am happy with it , i probably would of paid the same price even if i was told the truth, just annoyed i told everyone its a 180 when its not.

I got a quote from drivers in glasgow - £460 for upto 210bhp or £800 for upto 235bhp


Probably gonna go for the 210bhp , gonna shop around first though i think its a bit pricy

5 mins research on tinternet before purchasing would have avoided disappointment.

That said, though, I think it's a very nice car at an okay price - Not too OTT by any stretch.  And like people have said, it will re-map to the same bhp as a 180 would anyway (225ish).

i think thats sound about right just be well annoyed that the seller lied but look at it one way you dont have to buy the miltekand all the extra mods on it compared to most people on here running a stock 150

u never know when they go to remap it they might find it already has it

as ivor said u havent got a leg to stand on as it was private, just a shame u didnt get it from a dealer
