How to DIY rear headrests in a MK2....

I'm looking for info on how to carry this conversion out i ussed to have a great diagram years ago but dont know where i've put it...
I know there is one on club gti but there site is down at the mo can anyone else point me in the right direction????

Wasn't clubgti once this same forum, I think it was just rebranded in about 2006ish.
