please help me get my project started

ull prob know i have 2 cabs to make 1 good 1
im goin to strip/scrap the black 1 and goin to put the gti engine in the blu 1
the prob i have is what do i need to take out of the black 1 to put in the blue blu 1 was a 1.6
i think i need
1.wiring loom
2.fuel tank /pump/lines
3.exzorst
4.engine/box of course

please if u can think of any think else
also is it a easy swap for fuel tank/pump/lines

fella i might be mistaken but if your cab was a gli its basically a gti 1.6 injection cab! before they named cabriolets gti the injection verison was badge as a gli! so its has the older gti engine in it! so im thinking that it can lit be a job of dropping the engine and gearbox and maybe thats it as the fuel lines atnk are the same!?!?!

cheers m8 but i know it was a 1.6l on carb and auto  but it already been con verted to  manual
so unfortunly the wiring is not there

if everythings sound on the black one i'd whip everything out and swap it over. the fuel tank is a tricky one as far as i'm aware the whole rear axle has to come off i might be wrong but i'm pretty sure thtas the crack.

yeah then your right it is a case of swapping everything from fuel pump to fuel lines and wiring! good luck
