hmm mines bin running really sh!tty for a week.. then i was driving up a hill and it kicked out a load of smoke and started tapping like a b!tch, not all the time tho only when I use the accelerater...
There is mayo under the cap and a little bit on the dipstick although someone has said that it may just be the recent wet weather and short trips to my work and back...
As for ordering all the bits from VW, we aren't all rich
I've ordered head gasket set plus the bolts from GSF just in case it is the headgasket, will do a compression test tonight if the rain stops
