steering wheels?

i've searched the forum but i cant find what i'm looking for. does anyone know if the mk3 steering wheel fits on the big spline mk2s because an ebayer rekons his steering wheel fits a mk2, 3 and 4. aslong as the mk2 is a bigspline???
is this true because i'm thinking of getting a leather mk3 wheel?

MK3 yes, MK4 no.  If you want a MK4 wheel in a MK2, check out the MK3.5 cabby, has a MK4 look wheel that fits the MK3/late MK2 spline :)
