no thats just wheel size. the offset is expressed as ET ie ET35. what wheels are they and what car are they supposed to be for? if they are OEM wheels they often dont have the offset on them. to measure the offset you need to determine the centre point of the wheel and measure the distance from there to the mounting face of the wheel in millimeters. that is the offset.
