calling all 8v owners!

just about to part with 1000 pounds for a 8v gti, it has done 163000 miles and completley standerd apart from a stainless steel exhaust.

I own a 20v turbo fiat coupe at the moment, obviously i know that it wont be in the same speed league as my coupe, but what mods can i do for decent amounts of cash that would improve the power of my gti?

any ideas and suggestions would be much appreciated from you all!

Cam is a good place to start, and a panel filter in your air box that you are gonna drill, should be few hundred quid to do both, look on ebay if you know what to buy. if its a digi then a chip as well
