after many months puttin off changing the rear bushes i finally got it done as it had started knocking. took it firstly and the bloke said they had worn so bad they hads started eating into the bolts  :embarassed: so took it back and this is what had to be (forcefully) taken out

Yeah had mine done a while back the parts cost about £25 rest was labour
