anyone fitted a RS2 bumper/spoiler?

they say they fit big bumper model cars, but do you need to bond the RS2 style bumper to the original or do you just use the mountings?
Anyone know how it's done as my small bumper model needs a facelift.

I'm guessing it attaches to the metal the same way as a big bumper does. clips. best to cable tie it too as I mashed mine off and broke all the clips.
