hey guys just completed my first ever spray job! i've also managed to smooth my thumb perfectly flat holding the wet and dry paper on the block

! oh well it was good fun. what do you rekon i think the 1 of 6 different shades of alpine white is a failry good match, but i'm colour blind what do i know

what i started with:

the process:

the finish:

i kind of got carried away though when i was primering and gave it 4 coats and 6 coats of top coat! so now i have a slightly grainy bonnet (other wise its pretty damm good despite one fine imperfection where i've obviously not put enough elbow grease into the sanding!). how is best to get it flat? i've been told to take some wet and dry 1000 grade to it or use some rubbing some rubbing compound but wet and drying it seems like painting the mona lisa to defocate on her face?
p.s. if the link doesn't work its my first time with pictures on here so dont be shouting abuse!
