DOOR MOULDING FOR BIG BUMPER MK2?

any ideas where i can get a door moulding for a big bumper mk2, vw no longer do them (according to my local dealer?) and i have been looking at aftermarket body suppliers with no luck, does anyone know where i can get one??

Scrappy would be a good bet.

Yup. Scrappy. Those parts are now obsolete. Thats why I have retained the original ones on my project. The only plastic bits I havn't replaced.

I tried them a couple of months ago with no joy. But they do get stuff in from time to time so you may be lucky. They seemed pretty unhelpfull to me though when I asked for stuff to be sent to me. I ended up taking my custom elsewhere.Shame for them cos it was nearly £400 worth of goods.

Isn't that strange the way things go - I ordered something from them a few weeks ago - very helpful and arrived the next working day. Also fast response more recently by e-mail although on that occasion they did not have the part I wanted.
