R32 Front.
« on: 06 February 2008, 20:21 »
Hi - im not a regular visitor in the mk5 section, seeing as I have a mk3, but is it me or is the front of the R32 very similar if not the same as the Passat?  A guy at my work has a R32, and everytime I see a Passat driving towards me, I think its a R32.

Apologies if this has been brought up before.

They should have put the r32 badge on the gti special edition thing with the bbs wheels.

Looks far better in my opinion.  But then I drive a mk3 16v. So what do I know.

Yeah pi$$ off back to the Mk3 Section!!!

Only kidding of course... the R32 front is brushed aluminium, and the passat is chrome. Look quite similar to the untrained eye :nerd:

Haha.

I do like the r32.   Obviously Im jealous of all people who own one, but I think VW could have made a cool car cooler.

Should I keep digging??

i had a women park next to me at the lights this morning side by side. I have to say she did have the snob look to say my car is better than yours. Silly bint!
She went left and i went right, looked pretty cool with a gti and an r32 next to each other

It has been mentioned on more than one occasion that the front of the R32 looks a little like it has crashed into a zimmerframe :lipsrsealed:

I think it would have looked better with a hardcore front
