Well ive got eibach springs and shocks but not fitted yet. Getting fitted this wednesday ive gone for 30mm drop as i have 18" wheels.

However ive been told by lots of people that eibach keeps the ride quality (obviously you will lose some) I will let you know what i think when mines done mate. Will also get some pic up 

IIRC you can go 40mm before you get any probs.
