Where my idle switch

Had my hand underneath the throttle body but still can't find. Please let me know.

found it and its clicking so guessing thats no problem. Why my high idle keeps going I will not know.

It still might be the problem, as the "clicking" is only a quick check. There might be splits in the wires etc. Haynes details the micrometer test for the switch.

I presume you've already tried to lower the idle with the idle screw and CO2 setting ??  (Is it a 8v or 16v, you don't mention it above??)

thing is it only idles high on warm up and start up it will settle down eventually until you restart again. Its an 8v pb engine.
