BELL ARE USELESS, AVOID
« on: 17 January 2008, 00:37 »
As you may recall i commented about the direct debits, they have messed up my direct debits, dont take my money, i owe them 2 payments, and all i get is, "it will come out tommorrow" each day for the past few weeks. THEN we go to renew my dads cars, DIFFFERENT policy, and same problem....... they are totaly useless.

SOrry you're having so many problems with 'em mate - normally it's getting money out of the buggers that's the problem!!

They sent me a letter saying my payment had failed and that my insurance would be cancelled in 10days.

I didnt recieve this letter until 3 days ago, and it was dated the 8th january  :lipsrsealed:

But i'd rather be treated like that and pay the 660 im quoted than pay 1200+ like most insurers quote me tbh.

They never threatened to cancel my insurance, and all going well, its fixed now, athough it took weeks of naggin them to take my money! Will see on the next direct debit date
